02Service terms are separate

Nothing on this website is an offer to contract, a rate quotation you can rely on, or a binding commitment to provide services. Our freight forwarding, NVOCC, and customs brokerage services are provided only under separate written agreements, rate confirmations, customs powers of attorney, our FMC-published tariff, and applicable standard trading conditions. Where this website and a signed service agreement conflict, the service agreement controls.

03The duty & landed-cost estimator

The duty estimator produces a directional estimate for planning only. It is generated in part by an AI service from the information you enter and is not a customs classification, ruling, legal advice, or a guarantee of duty, admissibility, or any other outcome. Actual HTSUS classification, duty rates, AD/CVD scope, and agency requirements are determined by US Customs and Border Protection on the entered goods. Do not rely on an estimate for any import decision without confirmation from our licensed customs broker.

04Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site — including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, scrape it at volumes that burden it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit through the site.

05Intellectual property

The Gravitas name, logo, wordmark, the silver V mark, and the content, design, and code of this site are owned by Gravitas International Logistics and protected by law.
