Company & legal entity
The exact legal entity we'll contract with, file under, and run the credit check against.
Importer identification
How you appear to CBP. This sets up your importer record and tells us whether you're the importer of record or we're filing for a foreign IOR.
Credit request
What you're asking us to extend. As your broker we advance duties, taxes, and fees to CBP on your behalf, so this is the line we're sizing.
Authorizations & signature
The consents we need to run the check and file on your behalf. Once credit is approved, you'll sign the Customs Power of Attorney (CBP Form 5291), bond application, and refund designation online in our Client Documents center.
Application received.
Thank you. A licensed broker will review your application and follow up within one business day to confirm your credit line, terms, and next steps — including your Customs Power of Attorney.
If your email client opened, press send to complete the submission.
